Currently a trendy diet to consider, it’s often implemented incorrectly, being so low in carbohydrates consumers of the diet end up eating next to no vegetables and (as the stereotype goes) live off bacon, eggs, cheese and heavy cream – as tasty as it may sound, it’s not ideal for promoting long lasting health. 

Consider this guide to Keto one that will support your body, nourish your being and provide all the benefits that the keto diet has to offer. I do believe a keto diet can produce some great results in terms of balancing blood sugars, improving cognitive function and increasing energy, but I don’t believe it’s something to stick to long term, it’s far too restrictive for that. This is why I’ve formulated a cyclical ketogenic diet, that’s still rich in vegetables and some fruits that won’t jeopardize your health.
